PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Personal data provided by the data subject ("Data") will be processed for the following purposes:
- To provide the requested service, in performance of the contract between the interested party and Fratria Servizi S.r.l.;
- Allow the Company to conduct surveys aimed at improving the quality of the Service provided, due to the legitimate interest of the Company ("Customer Satisfaction").
The processing of Data for each of the above purposes may be done by paper, automated or electronic means.
CONSEQUENCES OF THE EVENTUAL FAILURE TO PROVIDE DATA
The provision of Data is optional. However, failure to provide the Data marked as mandatory will result in the inability to provide the Service.
Failure to provide the remaining Data not marked as mandatory will still allow the Service to be provided.
OTHER SUBJECTS WHO MAY PROCESS THE DATA
Data may be processed by entities operating on behalf of the Company and under specific contractual obligations, in EU or non-EU member countries.
Data may be disclosed to third parties to fulfill legal obligations, to comply with orders from public authorities, or to exercise a right of the Company in court.
TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EEA)
As part of the Company's contractual relationships, Data may be transferred outside the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA), including through the inclusion of the same in databases managed by third party companies, operating on behalf of the Company. The management of the databases and the processing of the Data are bound to the purposes for which they were collected and take place in strict compliance with the applicable data protection law.
Whenever Data is to be transferred outside the EEA, the Company will take all appropriate and necessary contractual measures to ensure an adequate level of Data protection, including-among others-agreements based on the standard contractual clauses for the transfer of data outside the EEA, approved by the European Commission.

Data controller is Fratria Servizi S.r.l., Viale Cavour n.86 - 44121 Ferrara (FE) - Italy.
DATA Retention
Data processed to provide the Service and for Customer Satisfaction will be retained by the Company for the period deemed strictly necessary to achieve these purposes.
In addition, Data processed to provide the Service, may be retained for a longer period in order to be able to handle any disputes related to the provision of the Service.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject is granted the following rights:
- Right of access, i.e., the right to obtain confirmation from the Company that Data is or is not being processed and, if so, to obtain access to it;
- Right to rectification and erasure, i.e., the right to obtain rectification of inaccurate Data and/or supplementation of incomplete Data or erasure of Data for legitimate reasons;
- Right to restriction of processing, i.e., the right to request the suspension of processing if there are legitimate grounds;
- Right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and readable format the Data, as well as the right to transmit the Data to another data controller;
- Right to object, i.e., the right to object to the processing of Data where there are legitimate grounds, including the processing of Data for marketing and profiling purposes, if any;
- Right to appeal to the competent data protection authority in case of unlawful processing of Data.
